Terms of validity: The reservation is confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit of not less than one third of the amount. The booking is canceled in case of no-show customer by 12.00 the day after the date of arrival communicated. The deposit can be paid by:

For a confirmed reservation it is required a deposit to guarantee the room. These rates require a non-refundable prepayment for the reservation. In case of cancellation you will not receive the full refund except for prior causes and with a written statement of a competent authority (in accordance with the Italian law: art. 1385 and 1386). If we do not receive the deposit within the closing date, we have to cancel your reservation. Anticipated departure or delayed arrival In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival you have to pay the room reservation. Check in From 2 pm, if rooms are available earlier we will be happy to check you in. Please give us advanced notice if your arrival is after 8 pm. Check out 11 am |
